Beautiful, high-quality artistic items with great packaging and lovely gift options. Delivery was quick, and the recipient loved their gifts. The calligraphy salt and pepper shakers are absolutely gorgeous. Incredible customer service—after they sent the wrong pattern, I contacted them, and they promptly delivered the correct one while kindly advising me to keep the other set as a gift! really appreciated this kind gesture. Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. I hardly ever post a review here (specially if I am pleased with my order) but as it was my first time ordering from Persis Collection and it exceeded my expectations, I decided to leave a review. I ordered a couple of beautiful pomegranate-shaped bowls. They were dispatched the next day (got regular email updates from the courier company) and arrived very quickly. The packaging was beautiful, and so were the products. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received and will definitely shop again.

Good quality products and very responsive to any issues

They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
