My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. My recent purchase from Persis was a great experience. The items arrived exactly as they had been advertised and much faster than I had expected. Despite a relatively pricy delivery cost, it worked out much cheaper than getting equivalent items in Australia. I will definitely consider Persis for my next purchase. They even added a couple of fridge magnets, which was a nice touch.
