Merchandise purchased on www.persiscollection.com in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached must be returned within 14 days of the receiving date found on the Packing List.
We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Items considered “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note, we do not accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased at a physical store location, we only accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased from persiscollection.com.
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact [email protected] within 2 business days with your order number and clear images of the item so we can assist you.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that are personalized, bespoke, altered, or otherwise made to your specification
- Gift Cards
- Products purchased in-store
- Final Sale items
Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
