- We do not offer signature delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbor or at a safe location.
- It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from the specified location or coordinate with neighbors if necessary.
- Reporting Issues: Any issues, including missing parcels or damages, must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this time frame will result in forfeiture of any claims related to delivery.
