I ordered the Norooz collection, painted ceramic eggs, mirror, etc. Good value, completed and complimented my table decorations. I received it very quickly and the service delivered is excellent. My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. Everything I purchased is absolutely gorgeous! and I love them The delivery was fast, and the packaging was perfect. However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. I’m currently trying to get this resolved, and I hope it can be sorted out quickly.Thank you

They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
