I've now purchased three items from this shop - a set of 2 tea glasses, a coal samovar and a wooden shisha. Reasonably priced, all great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. It's difficult to find authentic Persian items where I'm from. The customer service has also been great - I've had all my questions answered almost immediately.

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. Everything I purchased is absolutely gorgeous! and I love them The delivery was fast, and the packaging was perfect. However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. I’m currently trying to get this resolved, and I hope it can be sorted out quickly.Thank you

This was a gift for my father and he loved it. I was conerned about overseas delivery but it arrived in perfect condition. The original delivery address needed to be changed but the logistics provider was very professional and responsive. Very good experience and I will purchase again in the future.
