However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
