Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. I will definately order again and highly recommend this company as a genuine, high quality service where your custom is valued. Thank you to Arya and the Persis collection team.

However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. The products looked as gorgeous as the photos on the website. The shipping to Canada took a bit of a long time, but the Persis team was very responsive when I asked them about the reason and status updates. Would definitely order from them again!
