Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

Quality Handmade Items

My latest order from the Persis Collection was their minakari clock with Persian/Arabic numbers, which got here a few days ago. It arrived the same day as the replacement they had offered me for a minakari decanter I had previously ordered that had arrived damaged. Both pieces are hand-painted, and the intricacy of the design is incredible. They really brighten up the room, and also go well with a Mahmoud Farshchian print I have, as he uses those same celestial blue colors in his art. Thanks again to Arya for the great customer service!

Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. HIGHLY RECOMMONDED

I hardly ever post a review here (specially if I am pleased with my order) but as it was my first time ordering from Persis Collection and it exceeded my expectations, I decided to leave a review. I ordered a couple of beautiful pomegranate-shaped bowls. They were dispatched the next day (got regular email updates from the courier company) and arrived very quickly. The packaging was beautiful, and so were the products. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received and will definitely shop again.

Amazing online shop

I love Persis Collection and shop with them regularly. I have found gifts, furnishings and also many things I needed for Nouruz, Yalda and my wedding. They have such an incredible array of gifts and decor all handicrafts from Iranian makers. Their delivery is always very prompt sometimes delivering personally!
