Great products, great packaging, great service

I've now purchased three items from this shop - a set of 2 tea glasses, a coal samovar and a wooden shisha. Reasonably priced, all great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. It's difficult to find authentic Persian items where I'm from. The customer service has also been great - I've had all my questions answered almost immediately.

Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order.
