Traditional Persian Clothing: With a history spanning centuries, traditional Persian attire reflects the diverse cultural tapestry of Persian. While clothing styles have evolved based on regions and occasions, several timeless elements remain consistent across different areas.

One iconic garment, akin to a coat, is the “chador.” This expansive piece of cloth is worn by women to cover their entire body, often paired with a long dress (manteau) and a headscarf (hijab). The chador is predominantly worn in public and symbolizes modesty and religious adherence.
