My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. Love my new handmade mug, It looks amazing! And I love the individualised leather bracelet! It was the perfect gift for my father. The quality is very good. I also like the little gift I got - makes the Delivery costs a little easier to bear ;)

I bought a Persian lettered necklace for my daughter. I was very happy with it. The company let me choose the design of the pendant and took care in the product and in keeping me informed of the progress of the design and making of it. I was very happy with the product and the service.

It was smooth transition and very quick delivery and very good items exactly like pictures only one thing I am not happy with it I bought a cuffline and matching tie pin it was 2 separate items separately priced and it was for 2 different occasions but unfortunately they came in one box which is ruined all my plan
