Great products, tolerable website
I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. Great service, great packaging, everything arrived intact. The items, are all individually wrapped, boxed and bagged! So if you're gifting, you don't need to do anything! The gift boxes and bags are very nice. There was a little surprise for me in the package too! Overall I'm very satisfied with the service, AND the quality of the items
