This peacock backgammon board is a beautiful wooden handmade khatam set, made of pieces of metal and wood beautifully laid on and decorated with Tazhib art. The peacock, a favourite motif of Persian decorative art, makes it as much a peacock chess set for display as a board for play, giving an attractive flaunt to your home decor.
The gameboard has been made by an artisan based in Persian Heritage using the finest materials.
