Beautiful, high-quality artistic items with great packaging and lovely gift options. Delivery was quick, and the recipient loved their gifts. The calligraphy salt and pepper shakers are absolutely gorgeous. Incredible customer service—after they sent the wrong pattern, I contacted them, and they promptly delivered the correct one while kindly advising me to keep the other set as a gift! really appreciated this kind gesture. Great service, great packaging, everything arrived intact. The items, are all individually wrapped, boxed and bagged! So if you're gifting, you don't need to do anything! The gift boxes and bags are very nice. There was a little surprise for me in the package too! Overall I'm very satisfied with the service, AND the quality of the items
