The items arrived quickly and proper tracking information was provided very early. The items were packed with care making sure everything arrived intact. They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
