My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. I love my Iranian art calligraphy cup! The design is elegant and unique, and the quality of the ceramic is excellent. It shipped fast and came in perfect condition. Using this cup feels like a small daily luxury.

They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
