Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. Persian Backgammon Board with Flower and Chicken Design…

I was amazed by the craftsmanship of the Persian backgammon board I ordered. The intricate flower and chicken design is even more beautiful in person. It shipped quickly, was well-packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. This board has become a centerpiece during our game nights. Highly recommend!

We had to remodel our kitchen and I wanted a taste of Iran in the look of the new small kitchen. So we chose accent tiles from your collection. It was so easy to put in the order online and they arrived very quickly to Chicago all in perfect condition. I also had a lovely phone conversation when i called to ask a questions about one of the tiles before we ordered. They are gorgeous and I will always have a little bit of Iran when I am cooking! Quality product & delivery

This was a gift for my father and he loved it. I was conerned about overseas delivery but it arrived in perfect condition. The original delivery address needed to be changed but the logistics provider was very professional and responsive. Very good experience and I will purchase again in the future.
