Beautiful, high-quality artistic items with great packaging and lovely gift options. Delivery was quick, and the recipient loved their gifts. The calligraphy salt and pepper shakers are absolutely gorgeous. Incredible customer service—after they sent the wrong pattern, I contacted them, and they promptly delivered the correct one while kindly advising me to keep the other set as a gift! really appreciated this kind gesture. I recently bought a beautiful handcrafted Persian backgammon and a set of ceramic plates from Persis Collection, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! The quality is outstanding—both items are even more stunning in person. The Khatam backgammon quality, a true statement piece, and the plates add a lovely Persian artisanal touch to my table. Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

HIGHLY RECOMMONDED

I hardly ever post a review here (specially if I am pleased with my order) but as it was my first time ordering from Persis Collection and it exceeded my expectations, I decided to leave a review. I ordered a couple of beautiful pomegranate-shaped bowls. They were dispatched the next day (got regular email updates from the courier company) and arrived very quickly. The packaging was beautiful, and so were the products. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received and will definitely shop again.

Good quality products and very responsive to any issues

They are very communicative, responsive, and quick to solve any issues. The quality of the products is at a good standard, I already bought 2 clutch bags, some Norouz dolls, and earings. They were are looking great and the packaging is very pretty as well
