Return Terms and Conditions
Our Return Policy allows merchandise purchased on www.persiscollection.com to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date listed on the packing slip. Items must be in their original condition—new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Moreover, clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, merchandise purchased from a physical store location cannot be returned to our warehouse. We only accept returns for purchases made directly from persiscollection.com under this Return Policy.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@persiscollection.com within 2 business days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and clear images of the damaged item. We will assist you promptly and provide guidance on how to proceed with your return.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. Persis Collection is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Keeping your return receipt can help resolve any delivery issues.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at our sole discretion in cases involving:
Excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
Non-Returnable Items
For this reason, the following items are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange:
