Khātam is an ancient Persian technique of inlaying. It is a version of marquetry where art forms are made by decorating the surface of wooden articles with delicate pieces of wood , bone and metal precisely-cut intricate geometric patterns.

Beautiful, high-quality artistic items with great packaging and lovely gift options. Delivery was quick, and the recipient loved their gifts. The calligraphy salt and pepper shakers are absolutely gorgeous. Great products, great packaging, great service

I've now purchased three items from this shop - a set of 2 tea glasses, a coal samovar and a wooden shisha. Reasonably priced, all great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. It's difficult to find authentic Persian items where I'm from. The customer service has also been great - I've had all my questions answered almost immediately.
