Sama Dance Plate, Hand Painted Ceramic
This 25 cm sama dance plate is handmade and hand painted, inspired by Persian art and the Sama ceremony in which Sufi dervishes whirl in meditation. A sama ceramic piece like this reads as Sufi dance art on the wall and suits any corner given over to whirling dervish decor. It is the first design in our Sama trio; the whirling dervish plate continues the series.
The plate has been glazed at 950 degrees and can be hand washed. Do not microwave or use in the oven.
