Choosing the right samovar
For two or three people, a 1 litre mini samovar is enough. For a family or for regular guests, choose a 4 litre set, and for large gatherings a 7 litre samovar. If you live in North America, choose a 110 volt electric model; in the UK and Europe, a 220 volt model.
