Pomegranate Flower Bracelet

Handmade and Hand-engraved Pomegranate flower bracelet using Persian metal engraving art (Ghalamzani). The pomegranate symbolized the soul’s immortality and the perfection of nature for Zoroastrians. Then it became a port of Iranian mythology which tells that Esfandiyar became an invincible hero after he ate the pomegranate.

Engraving (Ghalamzani) is the art of carving superb designs on various metals such as copper, brass, silver, and gold. Isfahan is the main center for this handicraft. The artistic work of this course is made by artists who are the glorious and undeniable indication of the Previous metal work of Iranian handicraft and Isfahan, in particular.

A Persian bracelet refers to a type of jewelry that originates from Persia (modern-day Iran) or draws inspiration from Persian design elements. Persian bracelets are known for their intricate craftsmanship, unique designs, and rich cultural heritage.

Persian bracelets often incorporate traditional Persian motifs and symbols, such as floral patterns, arabesques, calligraphy, or geometric shapes. These designs are meticulously created using techniques like filigree work, engraving, or stone setting.

The materials used in Persian bracelets can vary. Historically, Persian jewelry often featured gold and silver as the primary metals. These metals were intricately worked into elaborate designs and sometimes adorned with gemstones or enamel.

Gemstones are also significant in Persian jewelry. Turquoise, carnelian, onyx, and pearls are among the gemstones commonly used in Persian bracelets. These gemstones are chosen for their beauty and cultural significance.

Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

Great products, great packaging, great service

I've now purchased three items from this shop - a set of 2 tea glasses, a coal samovar and a wooden shisha. Reasonably priced, all great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. It's difficult to find authentic Persian items where I'm from. The customer service has also been great - I've had all my questions answered almost immediately.

Quality Handmade Items

My latest order from the Persis Collection was their minakari clock with Persian/Arabic numbers, which got here a few days ago. It arrived the same day as the replacement they had offered me for a minakari decanter I had previously ordered that had arrived damaged. Both pieces are hand-painted, and the intricacy of the design is incredible. They really brighten up the room, and also go well with a Mahmoud Farshchian print I have, as he uses those same celestial blue colors in his art. Thanks again to Arya for the great customer service!
